Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes Colchester Road Tolleshunt Knights Maldon CM9 8HX Essex UK
Type: Parttime working 16 hours per week to include Weekends and Bank Holidays

About the Kitchen Porter role;
- Ensure that cutlery crockery pots pans and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- The ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding role
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
- Ensure bins are used for the correct waste supporting recycling and promoting good waste management
- Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
- To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required including peeling and chopping vegetables

Hours of work:
- This is a part time role working approx. 16 hours per week to include weekends and Bank Holidays
