Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Nodejs and Next.js) to join our team. You will be responsible for enhancing our existing backend infrastructure and guiding our transition towards a more modular architecture. Your expertise will help us integrate advanced technologies including Python for LLM models ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- FutureProof Solutions: Collaborate with our team to create modular components paving the way for future integrations including Pythonbased LLM models.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Collaborate: Work closely with frontend developers using Next.js and Tailwind to create seamless user experiences.
- Innovate: Stay updated with industry trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in building scalable applications and a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- FutureReady: Familiarity with Python and a keen interest in working with LLM models and AI technologies.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
