Job Description

What we want:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Media Sales to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for planning strategizing and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies for North Region manage a robust sales pipeline and develop longterm strategies for process improvement.

What you will do:

Plan strategize and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
Conduct presentations build relationships and negotiate contracts.
Develop longterm strategies for process improvement.
Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.

Requirements

13 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Strong team player with a gogetter mindset.
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
Robust analytical skill set.
Ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong firstprinciples thinking high intellectual curiosity drive and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
