The Deputy Manager of Transaction Quality plays a crucial role in supporting the quality assurance team by monitoring and enhancing the quality of transactional processes within the organization. This position involves analyzing data identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of transactional processes. Along with Ops Managers conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors .Drive Reduction in Customer Comebacks.
- Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends issues and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement enhancements in transactional processes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies.
- Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on qualityrelated inquiries.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the quality assurance team and other departments to foster a culture of quality.
- Act as a point of contact for qualityrelated matters within the organization.
Skills:

Work Environment:
- This position may involve occasional travel to various business locations.
- Work from office including rotational shifts.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate/PG/MBA.
- Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in Quality Assurance or a related area.
- Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
