Join Our Team as a Change Manager!
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving transformation we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and help shape the future of our operations across Africa.
Our ideal candidates must be able to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda Rwanda DRC Angola Zimbabwe and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential for further extension based on the project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Change Initiatives: Manage and oversee change management processes for digital transformation projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Change Management Methodologies: Apply best practices and methodologies to guide teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Training Program Development: Design and implement training programs that equip employees with the skills needed to thrive in a changing environment.
- Organizational Change Track Record: Leverage your proven experience in managing organizational change to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Transformation Projects: A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant projects is nonnegotiable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Business Process Modelling: Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques to visualize processes effectively.
- BSS Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Support Systems is essential for this role.
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile practices and frameworks to facilitate project delivery.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda Rwanda DRC Angola Zimbabwe and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French Swahili or Portuguese is an advantage.
