Job Description
Opening Position: IT Account Manager Software PreSales (MNC Software Company)
A Global MNC Software company is currently looking for IT Account Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities includes:
- Good technical knowledge in IT software products & solutions to assist sales team on the business proposals and sales pitches
- Able to formulate total and cost effective solutions based on customer requirements with supporting data on business cases and KPIs
- Able to prepare solution writeup and deliver valuebased solution presentation and demonstrations to customer
- Evaluate and review customer benefits post implementation and present the results to external customers
- Close collaboration with sales and software development team to discover business transformation opportunities
- Good experience in selling IT Solutions covering Applications Cloud or IT servicebased products to SME and MNC companies would be added advantage
- Selfmotivated and enjoy working in positive and productive environment
