Baptist:

Mar 714; 4p4p

Jun 2027; 4p4p

Sep 26Oct 2; 7a4p

Shift Schedule: 7a4p

9 hrs daily onsite

Call Schedule: 4p7a or 4p4p

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume: 10 cases per day

Physician in Practice: 5

Support Staff: 3 APPs OR team and CRNA

Procedures:

Required: Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy Esophageal dilatation/manometry manometry interpretation Small bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy (w/ biopsy and w/ excision of poly) EUS

Preferred: Upper GI endoscopy (foreign body removal cautery vs laser injections with varices banding of varices ERCP liver biopsy insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube

Advanced Endoscopy

Beds in the Dept: 600

Trauma Level: I

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Will work on covering 3 facilities

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active SC License

DEA

CSR

BLS ACLS

Clean Record

Flu Vaccine

2 years of experience
