Required to supervise APPs Yes

Procedures:

Upper GI endoscopy

Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry & Interpretation

Small Bowel Biopsy

Lower GI Endoscopy

Colonoscopy

Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Cerner

Other Info:

Sedation privileges not required as Anesthesia administers sedation for all scope cases.

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License or IMLC

BC/BE
