Job Description
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the telecommunications industry or digital transformation projects with a proven track record of managing largescale network initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage teams effectively and stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMI PMP or PgMP certification preferred demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda Rwanda DRC Angola Zimbabwe and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French Swahili or Portuguese is an advantage
