Professional Duties
Search for locations and business premises that meet the companys needs and planning.
Assess the quality and evaluate the potential of identified premises.
Negotiate and sign leasing contracts for premises.
Monitor contracts and handle issues arising during the lease period.
Propose new location strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost business.
Coordinate with relevant departments in designing layouts supervising the construction process and completing stores up to the opening date.
Perform tasks assigned according to the managements plans.
Reporting:
Provide monthly reports to the Sales Director on project progress and future plans.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Director and Executive Board.

Knowledge of construction: measurement assessment of infrastructure quality etc.
Skills:
Male aged 2540. Good health.
Willing to travel and go on business trips as per the companys schedule.
Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
