Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive urgency energy and productive vibes whilst on duty.
Maintain your personal performance and quality targets.
Ensure that all interactions with customers are to the required standard.
Ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to and followed.
Constantly ensuring that you are aware of product changes or processes relating to service.
Maintain positive healthy relationships with internal stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to practicing the company values.
Adhere to health & safety policy.
Maintaining sales target daily weekly monthly.



Requirements

At least 2 years outbound call centre experience doing insurance sales in a contact centre environment (Short or Long Term Insurance advantageous)
Matric or matric equivalent
RE exam advantageous
Fluency in English and one or more other South African official language
Excellent Track record of achieving Sales Targets within an Outbound Sales Environment
A passion drive hunger for High Earning Potential over an above the basic salary
Clear criminal record is mandatory


Minimum Requirements: Neutral accent Matric qualification Experience in sales or retentions Experience with UK call centre. Experience in hospitality and working with high end clients advantageous. Requirements Constantly ensuring that you are aware of product changes and processes related to the service. Educate and remind customers of the value of our services. Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention. Have the power of persuasion. Must be energetic, self-managed and target driven. Must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile and deliver / exceed expectations.
