O365 Analyst will support the current Smiths Microsoft O365 platforms (excluding Exchange online) in a level 2 capacity to include managing incidents service requests and queries from our user community.
Responsibilities:
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power platform with O365 mainly Sharepoint.
- Hands on experience on Canvas (lowcode platforms) majorly working on creating customize forms from a Sharepoint.
- Proficient in Power Apps Power Automate and SharePoint
- Administration and support of our Office 365 Platform and applications (Teams Stream SharePoint OneDrive Forms Lists Power Automate Power App etc.) Excluding EmailExchange Online
- Resolve O365 tickets escalated from the service desk and communicate directly with customers to resolve escalate or reroute tickets.
- Understand and apply governance and compliance standards across our O365 applications including Power platform.
- Support migration activities from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online
- Support and liaise with the O365 Admins (Tier 3)
- Support the creation of internal Knowledge Base articles and update.
- Assist with regularly auditing the O365 environment.
- Perform operations specific to maintaining the O365 applications including assisting with procedure documentation and change implementation.
- Support and develop Sharepoint forms using InfoPath Microsoft Forms and Power Apps
- Support and develop complex workflows (Cloud workflows scheduled workflows) within Sharepoint online using Power automate.
- Ability to work in US EU or APAC working shifts
Qualifications :
- 4 Experience with O365 Suite (Teams SharePoint Power App Forms Power automate flows within O365)
- Power platform administration
- Understanding of O365 licensing
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge on Microsoft Conditional access
- SharePoint Online design configuration optimization and Level II support
- Site set up and monitoring
- User permissions Site designing
