Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments hiring managers and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities.
Conduct interviews (in person by phone Google Meet) with candidates to assess their skills experience and fit for the organization.
Support the HR admin team in completing appropriate paperwork (employment application background check release form etc.) and complying with standard hiring procedures.
Qualifications :
Initial experience as part of an international company (volunteering internships placements) is preferred.
A bachelors degree in business psychology or similar field is preferred.
