Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Process Operator specializing in Grinding and Mixing for a 6month contract position at our facility in Ipoh Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process ensuring highquality output and maintaining safety standards.
- Operate and monitor grinding and mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate production records
- Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably with grinding and mixing processes
- Knowledge of grinding and mixing equipment and production processes
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols in manufacturing
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends if required
- Relevant technical certifications are preferred but not required
