Key Responsibility & Accountability
- Coordinate distributor teams and their activities at the point of sales in order to achieve sales targets.
- Search for incremental opportunities to increase company sales in terms of new incremental distribution shelf space and 2nd placement activities.
- Conduct market intelligence in the given outlets (collect sales data JDE and competitor activities etc).
Distribution and range:
- Ensure portfolio distribution in given stores according to the Master Stock List
- Coordinate new product launches with the distributor teams and ensure target distribution is achieved
Shelf management:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with planograms guidelines issued by the central office detecting and managing opportunities
2nd placements:
- Monitor and ensure 2nd placements are executed according to plan
- Ensure correct implementation of products on the 2nd displays based on planograms and guidelines established
Pricing and promotions:
Ensure compliance with centrally agreed pricing and promotional plan
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG
- Experience in General Trade
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English additional local dialect will be added advantage.
- Added advantage if you have good knowledge of outlets in Kota Kinabalu Sandakan and Tawau area.
