Job Description
Position Title: RN Renal Vascular
Location: Gainesville FL
Shifts Available:
- Days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
- Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Shift Details:
- Shift: 12 HR Days
- Shift Per Week: 3
- Scheduled Hours: 36
- Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM
- Shift End Time: 07:00 PM
Compensation:
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $30.69
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $43.20
- SignOn Bonus: $20000
Note: Candidates must live within a commutable distance from the facility. Applications will not be accepted if candidates live 60 minutes or more from the facility.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our Renal Vascular team. This role requires a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill injured and recovering adults within our patientcentered care model. You will be responsible for making clinical assessments and managing treatments autonomously. Join a phenomenal team that works collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
What You Will Do:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time supplies and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications procedures and treatments providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of ACUTE CARE RN experience (open to any RN experience).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse with a Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 based on local state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
