Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IntraOperative Tech Advanced to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for performing highquality advanced intraoperative procedures using a variety of imaging equipment maintaining production and quality standards and ensuring patient safety. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment and provide surgical guidance for advanced procedures.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Advanced Intraoperative Procedures: Perform highquality procedures using advanced imaging equipment such as portable diagnostic equipment 3D systems portable fluoroscopy portable CT and Hybrid IR/OR systems according to exam protocols.
- Patient Communication: Utilize AIDET to communicate with patients ensuring correct exams are performed and providing clear instructions to patients and their families.
- Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients and the area for procedures positioning patients adjusting equipment and maintaining safety and infection control standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and document the quality control of intraoperative imaging equipment ensuring optimal operational capabilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical imaging records including relevant documentation such as requisition/chart patient history and consent forms.
- Surgical Guidance: Provide surgical guidance for advanced procedures such as Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) 3D imaging for facial/pelvic and spinal navigation and a variety of orthopedic and vascular procedures.
- Training and Mentorship: Serve as a preceptor providing quality training to new team members and assisting with new services and initiatives.

- Patient Interaction: Ability to explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Independence: Capable of performing tasks without routine oversight maintaining composure under stress and resolving issues effectively.
- Emergency Response: Skilled in administering first aid and using emergency carts.
- Team Leadership: Able to mentor and train new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 Year of experience in a related role.
- Certification/License/Registration: ARRTR Radiography (ARRTR).
