Compensation
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $32

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment recognizing health issues creating care plans and assessing patient responses.
What Youll Do
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Create implement and evaluate care plans adjusting them to reach desired outcomes.
- Build relationships and manage patient discomfort while maintaining professionalism.
- Educate patients families and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a care plan delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.
- Utilize different strategies for problemsolving prioritizing safety effectiveness and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
- Achieve goals through teamwork recognize contributions and commit to growth.
What Will Make You Successful In The Role
- Deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of nursing laws rules standards and guidelines.
- Proficiency in medical terms focusing on health disease prevention management and common medications.
- Respect for medical and professional nursing ethics and patient privacy rights.
- Exceptional communication skills allowing for clear expression of thoughts both verbally and in writing.
- Positive social skills to facilitate interactions with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent problemsolving capabilities driving effective critical thinking.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office information security scheduling and payroll systems electronic medical documentation and email.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study in nursing
- A current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of starting)
