Job Description

Job Title: RN Charge Labor & Delivery

Location: Frisco Texas

Shift: 12Hour Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $32 $53/hour

Job Overview:

Be a pivotal part of our new stateoftheart facility opening in July 2025 providing exceptional care in Labor & Delivery. As a Charge RN you will lead a dedicated team oversee patient care and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare in the rapidly growing North Texas area.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
  • Utilize nursing judgment to make precise health assessments and ensure best practices.
  • Address emotional and physical discomfort to foster healing and prevent distress.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery/Antepartum.
  • Previous Charge RN experience in L&D/AP required.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or higher preferred).
  • Active RN license.
  • BLS and NRP certifications (required within 30 days of hire).
