Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Albuquerque NM
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shift: 8 Hour Days 5 shifts per week
Hourly Rate: $44.62/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Albuquerque NM. This role is an excellent opportunity for new graduates as well as experienced therapists. The successful candidate will provide exceptional physical therapy services including evaluating treating and monitoring patients and will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver highquality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate treat and monitor patient progress modifying therapy programs and goals as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform clinical documentation in a thorough and timely manner accurately entering charges.
- Provide patient and family education regarding physical therapy treatments and goals.
- Supervise ancillary staff students and volunteers.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and evidencebased practice.
- Align personal goals and work activities with system goals to provide effective and efficient care.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Desired: Masters Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure: Current or eligible licensure in Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred: One year of related experience.
- Certification: CPR certification required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the profession with a focus on patient care and outcomes.
