Job Description
Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Location: Charleston South Carolina
Shift: Variable
Shifts Per Week: 4
Shift Duration: 10 hours
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $29.55 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our multidisciplinary team in City State. In this role you will perform radiological diagnostic procedures working closely with radiologists and other healthcare team members to deliver highquality care to patients. This is a critical position that has a direct impact on improving patient outcomes through diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them properly adjusting immobilization devices and setting equipment controls to the appropriate exposure factors.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and process images in accordance with standard protocols.
- Practice radiation safety measures to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Ensure the room is prepared with necessary equipment and supplies before procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records assist with scheduling oversee patient transportation and order supplies as needed to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Foster a healthy work environment by working collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMAapproved school of Radiologic Technology is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Tech experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
