Job Description
Job Title: Staff Speech Pathologist
Location: Lawton OK
Shift Times: 8:00AM 5:00PM MonFri (8 Hour Days)
SignOn Bonus: $6000
Salary Range: $35 $39.37/hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
The Staff Speech Pathologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population ranging from infants to geriatric patients within an interdisciplinary team setting. This role involves addressing a variety of conditions including speech and language disorders cognitive deficits voice and fluency issues and swallowing difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat individuals with speech language voice and fluency disorders.
- Provide therapy for cognitive aspects of communication and swallowing dysfunction.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Certified Speech Pathologist in the State of Oklahoma or eligible for licensure.
- Experience working with a broad range of disorders across a diverse patient demographic.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
