Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Petaluma California
Salary: $70.00 to $85.00
Shift Information: MondayFriday OR TuesdaySaturday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role you will be instrumental in providing topnotch care and guiding patients towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to determine patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Administer various therapeutic modalities including manual therapy electrical stimulation therapeutic activities and appropriate CPT codes.
- Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurses and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
- Valid California Physical Therapy license.
- Proven clinical proficiency with experience in a postacute care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with a keen interest in further learning and adapting to new treatment methods and needs.
