Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Columbus Ohio
Salary: $72800.00 $93600.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Position Highlights:
- No weekends major holidays nights or oncall requirements.
- Two operating rooms specializing in general diagnostic special procedures and cardiac catheterization.
Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist plays a key role in our clinical team assisting with vascular access procedures and maintaining sterile field protocols. You will support both pre and postprocedure activities ensuring efficient and safe patient care.
- Perform radiographic and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and disease.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements associated with radiology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Science or completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Holds a current state license and/or fluoroscopic permit to practice radiologic technology.
- Minimum of one year experience in general diagnostic special procedures or cardiac catheterization.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Preferred: 13 years of experience in IR and Cath Lab.
