Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Lexington Kentucky
Rate: $26.00 $28.00 per hour Shift Differential
Shift: Varied PartTime (Friday and Saturday 10 or 12hour shifts)
Role Overview:
Provide XRay and EKG services across various settings including skilled nursing facilities prisons and home health environments. This role is ideal for professionals looking for parttime weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform and process XRays.
- Ensure images are clinically diagnostic and technically competent before submission to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Conduct EKG tests and transmit results to a Cardiologist as needed.
- Manage the transportation and setup of portable XRay equipment in various facilities.
- Maintain accurate records and daily submission of examrelated paperwork and billing documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch management and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and care for vehicle and Xray equipment.
