Job Description
Job Title: Sonographer
Location: Green Bay Wisconsin
Rate: $35.00 per hour Shift Differential
Shift: Days Monday through Friday 1st Shift
Role Overview:
Provide services to nursing homes home care facilities prisons and other sites across the region. This role requires traveling to various locations to perform sonographic exams using portable equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage selfdispatching or coordinate with the dispatch department to manage daily caseloads.
- Arrive on time and prepared at various sites to perform ordered sonographic exams ensuring accuracy and compliance with physician orders.
- Perform and process ultrasounds sending results digitally to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Maintain rigorous standards of professionalism and ethics following company protocols and dress code.
- Efficiently manage and maintain portable sonographic equipment and company vehicle.
- Engage with healthcare facility staff for assistance with patient transfers and positioning.
- Regularly communicate with the dispatch center call center and healthcare facility staff to ensure smooth operation and response to urgent communications.
- Complete annual medical screenings and comply with company health and safety policies.
