Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Sacramento California
Rate: $35.00 $39.00 per hour
Shift: Days 8 Hours/Day
Shift Options: MondayFriday AM start OR TuesdaySaturday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
Role Overview:
Provide XRay and EKG services (if applicable) to nursing homes healthcare facilities and other sites. This role involves the use of portable radiography equipment and requires travel to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform XRays.
- Ensure the production of clinically diagnostic and technically competent images.
- Transmit images and EKG results to Radiologists and Cardiologists for interpretation.
- Manage the transportation and setup of portable XRay equipment at various facilities.
- Maintain accurate daily records of exams and billing documentation.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with dispatch management and clients.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of vehicle and Xray equipment.
