Job Description
Job Title: Ultrasound Tech PRN
Location: Grapevine Texas
Shift: 07:00 AM 05:00 PM
Shift Per Week: 4
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $44/hour
Job Overview:
Perform highquality ultrasound procedures ensure patient comfort adhere to safety and regulatory standards and maintain imaging records. The role involves working independently while collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities also include training new team members and supporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform highquality ultrasound procedures according to protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain equipment quality and cleanliness; report issues as needed.
- Adhere to imaging policies workflows and documentation standards.
- Provide training to new team members and support new initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
- Registered in one or more modalities: ARDMS (OB/GYN AB BR MSK RVT) ARRT(S) ARRT(BS) or CCI (RVS).
