Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Temple Texas
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Shift Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36
Salary: $3253/hour
Role Overview
Provide patientcentered physical therapy services including evaluation treatment and care monitoring while advancing clinical skills and ensuring thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate treat and monitor patients modifying therapy programs as needed.
- Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation and charge entry.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and medical teams.
- Supervise and mentor ancillary staff students and volunteers.
- Stay updated with evidencebased practices and contribute to team knowledge.

Qualifications
- Masters degree or Bachelors with 2 years of experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
