Join our team as we expand our facilities and services in 2025! This is an exciting opportunity to lead the new Acute Care unit opening in March 2025. You will play a vital role in shaping nursing practices fostering a supportive environment and ensuring topquality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in nursing practice within the new Acute Care unit.
- Implement evidencebased practices and ensure staff stays updated with industry standards.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive space for staff and patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless quality care.
- Plan and execute strategies that align with organizational priorities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to professional growth.
