Staff Accountant
Job Summary: The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records preparing financial reports and supporting the accounting departments daily operations.
Location: Danvers MA
Salary Range: $68000 $80000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting journals
- Reconcile bank statements accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Prepare financial statements and reporting packages
- Support annual audit preparations and provide documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field
- 24 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
