Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Stable and fast internet connection office equipment (laptop) and a dedicated workstation
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a competitive goaldriven environment
- Selfstarter who can positively contribute to a friendly startup environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly to inbound calls engaging prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients to ensure they align with the companys offerings.
- Scheduling: Organize and confirm meetings with qualified leads managing calendars efficiently.
- Meeting Attendance: Actively participate in scheduled meetings to discuss services answer client questions and provide tailored solutions.
- FollowUps: Maintain communication with prospects postmeeting to ensure smooth followup and potential deal closure.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all interactions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and outcomes.

Compensation: Base Salary High Commissions
