Description:
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Support daytoday cash management operations including but not limited to daily cash reconciliations cash and FX needs forecasting in accordance with treasury policies and procedures.
- Support and manage all aspects of the settlement payment process including overseeing the full life cycle of payments. This entails creating tracking systems confirming approvals and facilitating the settlement of wire and transfer payments
- Assist with endofday cash reconciliations
- Support global intercompany funding revenue transfers and transfer pricing settlement activities collaborating closely with the accounting team on monthly settlements
- Incident management including tracking & reporting and support settlement of customer activities for fiat and crypto flowing through the platform
- Support resolution of payment operational challenges (with internal and external teams)
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage SQL to extract and analyze data from various databases enabling informed decisionmaking.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills including macro development to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports conduct analysis on cash flows to identify trends anomalies and potential risks.
Requirements:
- 3 years working in a MNC Treasury environment with an understanding of the full payment lifecycle
- Experience in SQL and Excel macro development is a must
- Experience in Quantum or SAP is preferred
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills. It will suit a selfdriven individual with an innovative and intellectually curious mindset.
- Teamoriented cooperative and collaborative
- Selfmotivated and results oriented a problemsolver who takes initiative and able to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships across geographies and functions getting work done through others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or similar related fields preferred. MBA CFA CTP a plus
