Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft/Informatica Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading integration initiatives designing and implementing scalable solutions and guiding the development team in delivering highquality projects. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns API design and ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Solution Design and Development
- Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft and/or Informatica.
- Implement APIs data flows and ETL processes to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions.

Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring best practices in coding and integration.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for integrationrelated technical decisions.

System Integration and Management
- Analyze and design APIs and integration patterns for system interoperability.
- Manage and maintain integration platforms ensuring performance scalability and security.
- Support CI/CD processes for integration workflows.

Documentation and Standards
- Develop technical documentation for integration solutions including system architecture and data flow diagrams.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and integration practices.

Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with business analysts QA teams and endusers to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Present technical solutions and status updates to project stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager Runtime Manager and Design Center).
- Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter Cloud Data Integration or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML and data transformation.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins Git and Docker.
- Proficient in database technologies such as SQL Oracle or MongoDB.
