As part of our growing team we are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join us and contribute to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and modules.
This role is ideal for a systems analyst looking to advance their career by working on enterpriselevel implementations and solutions.
Assist in the design and configuration of applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize and configure forms fields workflows and business rules.
Perform testing to ensure functionality performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications.
Conduct regression functional and integration testing.
Create and maintain detailed test cases.
Report track and manage issues or defects using ServiceNow or other QA tools.
Collaborate with business and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.
Assist in building and automating workflows using tools like Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Develop and configure catalog items record producers and service requests.
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for solution teams.
Provide recommendations for system improvements performance optimizations and best practices.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM Service Portal Flow Designer).
Experience with testing methodologies creating test cases and performing QA testing.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management Change Management and Service Catalog.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
