Job description:
System Implementation and Configuration:
This includes defining organizational structures master data settings and transactional processes
related to materials management and warehouse operations.
Business Process Analysis
Analyse existing business processes related to identify areas for improvement. This involves working
closely with Business Users to understand their requirements and map out optimized processes.
Customization and Development:
Consultants may be involved in customizing the SAP system through enhancements user exits or
custom developments to address specific business requirements that cannot be met through standard
configuration.
Integration & Process Optimisation
Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD / PM and other modules such as Materials
Management (MM) Warehouse Management (WM) Production Planning (PP) and Finance (FI)
among others. They configure interfaces and data mappings to facilitate data flow between different
modules.
Best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This may involve recommending
system enhancements process optimizations or new technologies to enhance materials management
and warehouse operations.
Training and Support
Training to endusers on how to use the system effectively. Additionally they offer ongoing support to
troubleshoot issues answer queries and address any concerns related to materials management and
warehouse operations.
Documentation
Documenting system configurations business processes and user manuals to ensure that knowledge
is transferred effectively and maintained for future reference.
