We are currently helping a leading company in the field of highspeed interconnection solutions find a Signal Integrity Engineer to join their Board Engineering HighSpeed Technical Team. This company is at the forefront of designing nextgeneration ICT products pushing the boundaries of highperformance link design and offering advanced technical solutions for modern telecom and communication systems.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Signal Integrity Engineer specializing in highspeed interconnection at 112 Gbps and beyond. This position involves designing and optimizing highbandwidth passive links with a focus on PCB connectors and cable components. The ideal candidate will contribute to solving challenges in impedance control crosstalk mitigation and systemlevel simulation while shaping the company’s technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize highspeed interconnections at 112 Gbps with low loss and minimal crosstalk focusing on components such as connectors PCBs and cables.
  • Develop a technology roadmap for highspeed interconnection systems providing technical insights into PCB connector and cable design limitations and requirements.
  • Conduct systemlevel 3D simulations for PCBs connectors and cables to ensure effective impedance control and highfrequency performance.
  • Collaborate on hardware architecture design supporting overall system requirements for telecom and communication products.
  • Stay uptodate with industry standards (IEEE 802.3 OIFCEI) and contribute to their development.
  • Lead and support planning for highspeed serial link designs (SerDes highspeed ASICs DSP PCB and connectors).

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering Communication Engineering Electromagnetic Science or related field. PhD preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in highspeed link design (56 Gbps) with a strong focus on impedance control crosstalk reduction and highfrequency design.
  • Proficiency in systemlevel simulation and 3D modeling for PCBs connectors and cables including knowledge of PCB stackup design and fabrication constraints.
  • Expertise in hardware architecture design for telecom/communication products.
  • Indepth knowledge of highspeed serial links and components (e.g. SerDes highspeed ASICs DSP connectors).
  • Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and OIFCEI standards and protocols such as CEI224G and InfiniBand.
  • Experience with highspeed design tools like ADS CST ANSYS HFSS Sigrity and other 2D/3D simulation software.
