Must be charming and one who has the capability of taking forth the vision of the company in thought word and action

In charge of the entire store and hence must be aware of all the operations of the store.

Must have complete knowledge of the brands merchandising strength
-
Should be capable of understanding a customers needs and interpreting the same for the manufacturer / designers at the HO
-
Must be able to create a Visual Merchandising Plan for the year and implement.
-
Will be involved in the Marketing and PR Strategy of the company
-
Will be required to work on achieving the Sales Targets as decided by Management
-
Will report to the HO on the store activities and stock requirements
-
Will report to HO on the customer responses / complaints.

Will perform random checks on Inventory physical
-
Will ensure daily reporting to HO in prescribed formats.

Will actively plan and improvise systems to ensure timely deliveries of jewellery and information
-
To ensure proper usage and storage of POS and packaging material
-
To develop a report on the customer responses / complaints.

Will be required to develop newly recruited personnel in the area of Sales & Customer Service
-
Should be comfortable in being posted to any of the retail branches in the city and/or should be ready to travel to other cities for retail exhibitions.

Should not at any time take or share designs or confidential information for usage other than those authorised by the company.

To maintain business secrecy and not disclose / divulge / publish during tenure of your employment or subsequently any confidential and secret information concerning the business or finance of the Company.
- Will devise the Visual Merchandising Plan for the store in coordination with the team.
- Will plan the Marketing and PR Strategy of the company as a part of the CoreTeam
- Will check daily sales and tally all cash memos / cash balances & transfers.
- Will determine and authorise memos / cash discounts (as per the company policy ) / sales returns.
