Job Title: Analytics Professional Data Visualization with PowerBI
Location: Mumbai (Harbour Line) Employment Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Specialist to join our Analytics team to help transform complex data into compelling visual narratives that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong storytelling abilities to create impactful dashboards and reports that make data accessible and actionable for stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide insights into business performance metrics
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide business insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate requirements into effective visualization solutions
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards data models and analytical processes
- Develop standardized reporting templates and best practices for data visualization
- Present findings to various levels of stakeholders crafting narratives that effectively communicate insights
- Ensure data accuracy and implement quality control processes
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business analytics Statistics Computer Science or related field
- 14 years of experience in data visualization and analytics. Experience in retail analytics will be preferred
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI including DAX data modelling and custom visualizations
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and performing data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of transforming raw data into meaningful insights through visualization
- Outstanding communication & storytelling skills with ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Experience with number crunching and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
