Job Description:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of highquality cosmetics products
Identify and qualify new suppliers/vendors based on quality cost and reliability criteria.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining product quality standards.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including Production Quality Assurance and R&D to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of finished goods.
Analyze procurement performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and regulatory requirements affecting the cosmetics.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree / Master of Business Administration
Overall 5 years of experience in which must have strong experience in procurement with the Cosmetics Industry or company.
Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software/tools.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to cosmetics manufacturing and distribution.
