Job Description:
- Deliver sales and service delivery targets within the assigned areas of responsibility
- Encourage responsible citizenship and community involvement through aligned external sales and service activity
- Ensure industryleading client experience in partnership with service organizations
- Executing proactive call campaigns to identify insurance opportunities within the assigned territory and managing an active pipeline
- Providing inbound advice & guidance to
- Effectively communicate with partners in Harrison Cedar Rapids and St
- Set goals to motivate team members and recognize/reward success
- Create and build strong working relationships with the retailers directly
- Partner with education and training to create artistry and sales training tools to improve performance in the field team and increase sales
- Display excellent human resource skills by closely following guidelines and timelines provided by the Human Resource team
