Job Description:
1. Business Development: Identify retail markets in assigned towns and drive coverage through SF/Distributors/Stockists.
2. MarketWorking: Firm grip on the territory through working on retail and Wholesale Beats.
3. Achievement of Targets: Achieve value and volume targets for suggested priceproduct mix while following prescribed waysofworking.
4. ChannelPartner Management:
a. Shortlist and identify potential distributors.
b. Manage investment of distributors.
c. Take accountability for creditworthiness of outlets and ensure adherence to credit terms.
d. Maintain required closing stock.
e. Ensure distributors adherence to required infrastructure and servicing norms.
f. Plan for primary sales of distributors.
g. Plan and Drive secondary sales of distributors.
5. Appointment of Stockist:
a. Shortlist and identify potential stockists; Ensure stockists adherence to required infrastructure and servicing norms.
b. Plan for primary sales of stockists.
6. OnTime Delivery: Coordinate timely delivery of orders in assigned markets.
7. Planning:
a. Target planning by stockist/BE and ISR for Primary and Secondary Sales
b. Drive Outlet expansion planning.
8. Market Control and Information:
a. Keep track of competitions activities and report them.
b. Monitor marketoperating prices and any instance of crossterritory infiltration and take actions to control the same.
9. Trade Management: Be the point of contact for solving all trade related issues and escalating wherever needed.
10. BTL Activities:
a. Communicate BTL activities to trade and execute them.
b. Executing merchandizing through ISRs/Merchandiser.
11. Reporting: Report all data through prescribed tools and technology.
12. Query Management: Responsible for effective stockist and Retailer query resolution.
13. Team management: Guide and manage the assigned BE ISR/PSR(s).
