Job Description:
1. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager Area Manager or similar senior sales role
2. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
3. Familiarity with CRM software
4. Understanding of store operations
5. Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance sales team
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
8. Availability to travel as needed
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
2. Support Store Managers with daytoday store operation
3. Evaluate store and individual performances
4. Report on regional sales results
5. Forecast quarterly and annual profits
6. Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
7. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product packaging and service changes surveying consumer needs and trends and tracking competitors
