Job Description
Experience:
Overall 10 years of IT experience and min 5 years as a Scrum Master running implementation projects on UKG or Workday or any HCM cloud product
Technical Skills :
Agile Methodology : Scrum or Safe (5 year) / certification PSM1
Lean & agile culture continuous improvement
Experience leading projects in UKG or Workday or Oracle HCM cloud
Key responsibilities:
Delivery management : animation of the team engagement guarantee in term of quality budget perimeter of the project.
Facilitation between squad and external dependency during the sprint
Ensure the agile methodology
Problem resolution : risk anticipation Follow the progress to meet the engagement
Ensure squad performance : management of the sprint backlog and sprint engagement follow up KPI of execution during the sprint (burndown chart)
Help of the roadmap construction in collaboration with delivery leader and product owners
Animate the planification & prioritization meeting with Product owners
Communication and reporting about the sprints & the projects
Functional understanding to work with Product Owners & Product architects
Other details:
Location can be remote in any of India metro cities
Rate 11000 to 13000 INR/day
Shift Timings 2 pm to 11 pm India time
Immediate joiners or max 2 weeks notice period are required as position is immediate
