Kawasaki Solar Warehousing Pvt Ltd: Company Profile
KSW is 100% subsidiary of Kawasaki Rikuso Transportation Company (KRT) Japan. KRT is a 100 year
old Company based in Tokyo and a leader in Food Logistics in Japan.
Our first Warehouse is in Singur near Kolkata in the State of West Bengal. The backdrop of forming the
establishment is that there is a substantial wastage of Vegetables and Fruits at Source in India and it is
estimated that around 2530% of produce is wasted at the Farm Level.
We are planning to build many Solar Power Warehouses in the state of West Bengal and East India.
Warehouse Manager : Job Summary
We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager located at Siliguri to handle daily
operations of the warehouse with a overall understanding of Compliance Safety of Warehouse
Procurement Farm Development Logistics Shipping Team Management. The successful applicant
will maintain high levels of accuracy in daytoday operations capability to lead and develop the
warehouse team.
Warehouse Manager Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation in any stream preferably in Agriculture.
3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
Overall understanding of farming & agriculture produces.
Good writing and communication skills.
Sound computer knowledge with an excellent Presentation Skills.
Thorough understanding of leadership role.
Strong manmanagement skills.
Available to work extended hours.
Very good interpersonal skills specially with Government Officials.
Exposure in Export Functions will add value for candidature.
