Job Description
Qualification
Minimum 15 years relevant experience in MEP Building Information Management on a variety of design projects including use of PAS/ISO suite of standards
Advanced user knowledge of the production of Revit MEP models
MEP or multidiscipline coordination
Sound knowledge and experience in producing and implementing BIM execution plans
Experience in the implementation of COBie
Advanced user knowledge of Navisworks Manage and ability to conduct visual audits and clash detection reports
Extensive knowledge of a variety of BIM tools; Autodesk REVIT Autocad Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC
Desirable experience in information management records management of document control
Clientfocussed mindset with exceptional relationship management experience
Resultsoriented approach with proficient reporting skills both to management and clients
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
Strong stakeholder engagement influencing skills and ability to resolve conflict
Have substantial relevant(production) experience in design drafting or engineering and BIM knowledge Dynamo is an advantage
Knowledge Power BI is an advantage
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skill
