Job Description
End to End support in SCM for both Direct & InDirect materials
Identify & develop potential sources for raw materials.
Purchased materials to be compliant to regulatory requirements like RoHS REACH &PFOS
Driver cost optimization projects with an Total cost of Ownership Mindset
Expert in commodity analysis to support procurement decisions from global category owners
including recent economic/market trends and developments and other external factors
Strong negotiation skills and expertise in Should Cost modelling or Zero based costing
Drives crossfunctional alignment including use of strategic sourcing best practices to deliver
best total value in terms of cost quality delivery and innovation.
Conducts internal and external spend Competitior & Spend market analysis to identify

Engineering Graduate with Experience in in Supply Chain management OR
MBA in Material Management with Experience in Supply Chain management OR
PG Diploma in Material Management with Experience in Supply Chain management
Experience: 10 years in Supply Chain Management Preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
Proficiency in MS office MS Excel. PowerPoint and MS word and related software
Exposure to ISOand 45001 standards
Language Proficiency: Verbal and Written English. Proficiency in Malayalam / Kannada
preferred.
Selfdriven and strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop working
relationships between business functions
Good Communication Skills
