Job Description
- Lead the integration of design aspects into tender submissions for renewable projects ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to gather and incorporate the necessary design details into the bid documentation including layout plans system configurations and equipment specifications.
- Review and evaluate client specifications drawings and documents to identify design requirements and ensure that they are accurately addressed in the tender.
- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates related to design components including the costs of materials equipment and labor required for the proposed system design.
- Ensure all design elements within the tender submission adhere to relevant standards codes and regulations (e.g. safety environmental and industry standards for solar energy systems).
- Support the technical presentation of the tender to clients and other stakeholders providing designrelated explanations and clarifications as needed.
