Available Site Assignment:
Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for processing transactions as per SLA and providing process training coaching and mentoring for agents of specified tasks.
- Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
- Deliver process training for the new hires and existing staff for the particular process
- Manage an effective system for process updates as and query handling for other agents
Role Specific Skills:
- Good process knowledge as per the specific process
- Should be able to provide coaching and mentoring to agents
- Must have inperson and virtual facilitation experience
Desirable Skills:
- Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a crosscultural environment.
- Must be open to continuous learning and has the ability to make sound decisions
- Should have at least exeperience in creating and updating training curriculum
- Should have the drive and maturity to handle all process training related responsibilities.
- Certification in adult learning methodology is required (we interpret this as that they must be a qualified trainer)
Education Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of College
Work Experience Requirements:
- Total trainer experience should be minimum of 2 years
