Job Title: Property Law Junior Associate
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

A leading technologydriven land services provider for energy companies. Specializes in managing energy rights transactions title determination mineral ownership reports and lease management leveraging cuttingedge GIS mapping technology through our proprietary platform Overdrive.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Landman to support project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in property law with experience in title research mineral rights and ownership calculations. This role is critical to providing highquality reports and maintaining accurate land records for clients enabling successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Title Research: Conduct thorough research of county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using online databases.
  • Documentation: Analyze and document findings to create comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure research and documentation meet deadlines for internal and client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work independently and with teams to adapt to evolving business priorities.


Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in title or mineral research or related property law.
  • Familiarity with property rights and ownership research.
  • Degree in Law.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs Google Sheets and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of energy or resourcebased industries.
  • Experience supporting USbased teams in land or property management.
